What is different from phase 1:
- All child care programs will be opening following
- All services allowed in barbershops and salons
- Restaurants are allowed to have 50% capacity for indoor dining
- Indoor fitness centers- open with requirements; 1 patron per 200 sq. ft. of fitness space

- Child care facilities are all open with safety precautions
- Still closed: Indoor pools, senior Centers, county Government buildings, bars, nightclubs and adult entertainment
